The Plantation

My friend Adi invited me for lunch at the Plantation. He's the general manager of the property and he is doing a good job keeping the standard up to grade. It's my kind of hotel, if you know what I mean.

I had chicken satay for starters. It was tender and yummy. The peanut sauce was to my liking because it's chunky and had that smoky smell. I could have it as my main course with rice, too.

This dory fish was pan grilled to perfection and the creamy spinach with it complimented the delicate flavor.

Cappuccino love.

I really enjoyed my lunch with Adi and had a great time in the Plantation. Worth a check if you're around Phnom Penh.
