Saba set at Takezuno
You know me, anything Japanese is a cause for some degree of celebration or at least fascination. But Japanese food is a constant obsession. I've got my gut to prove it.
So it's with excitement that I tried the saba set of Takezuno, Siem Reap's hidden gem. It comes with sashimi (salmon, the best I've tasted so far, melt-in-your-mouth quality), some egg custard thingy (forgot the name), miso, salad, etc. It's wonderful! The saba was delicately flavored and have that smoky quality from the grilling. Needless to say I was bursting and happy from the meal.
