Pan Fried Seabass with Winter Melon and Goat Cheese Risotto

The salad is tangy sweet and the pumpkin is so divine, and I don't even like pumpkin. The seabass has this very clean and clear taste. Paired with the savory risotto, it balances the salty sweet flavor of the fish.
