There's a lot of new places to try in Phnom Penh when I visited there recently with my family. We're a family of ice cream lovers so while in Bangkok it was a must try for us all to go to Swensens and iBerry. That's why we got all excited when we learned Toto, an ice cream parlor, opened in Phnom Penh.
Artisanal ice cream seems to be all the rage now and Toto, with its home made selections, will never disappoint ice cream gourmands.
There's a country, Rachel Ashwel slash Laura Ashley to the whole mood of the interior. There's something very Japanese and theme park about the atmosphere, which is kinda the point of the whole theme, right? It has to be a destination and just perfect for a photoshoot, non?
I'm gonna suggest to my friend Franco, who directs a fashion mag, to do a shoot there. Think floral, English, vintage kinda feel.
My brother, in white, whom we call Toto, was clearly amused.

wow! still cant believe it that we now have beautiful places like this one in Phnom Penh! just keeps getting better..must try their ice cream when we visit PP --cielo
