Some of the food I've been eating recently. Since I'm limiting my carbs intake I opted to take my carbs during breakfast which usually just a piece of croisant. Most of the time it's just salad or fish amok for me. I'm still struggling to remove rice from my diet but I'm just 2 weeks succesful from it. I don't know how long can I last with the rice ban.
