One of my fave Japanese resto here in Siem Reap is Guru Mother Cafe. It's run by these moody Japanese chef. But me and my friends love his cooking. Loven swears his is the best zarusoba he's tasted.
Zarusoba
I forgot the name of this omelette but it has mushroom, tofu, carrots and sesame seed in it.
I was there for two nights consecutive and the next day I had this garlic and chilli pasta.
I also had this omelette with green onion and fish stock. So simple but sooooo YUMMY!
I love hole-in-a-wall places to eat. I avoid the tourist-y spots as much as possible.
How about you guys, where do you like to eat?
