Soft Shell Crabs
I'm hooked! I'm obsessed! Apres, very, very hungry, from the art launch we went to Sam Doo for some Chinese fare.
It was Rachel's idea to order the deep fried soft shell crab and it was such a stroke of genius! It was finger lickin good and we can't help but compare it with KFC's crispy chicken skin. Yum, yum, yum!

The crab was perfectly paired with the seafood fried rice. I definitely ate a lot.
We also ordered some Chinese cabbage stir-fried in garlic.
Their Szechuan Prawns was also a winner.
I ended up eating the soft shell crabs 3 nights in a row. Hahaha!
